Personal data processing policy

It is very important to HarmonyDeluxe that our customers feel secure in the fact that we protect personal privacy and process all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 1 When personal data is needed to comply with another law, such as the Accounting Act, this is followed. The Accounting Act overrides the GDPR and we therefore save information about your purchases and payment methods for 7 years, as the Accounting Act states.

2. HarmonyDeluxe sends letters with offers via email or post. You are on our mailing list because you are or have been in contact with us. Either directly via HarmonyDeluxe or via someone in our network. You may have bought from us, interacted on our websites or received a treatment/viewing from someone in our network. By remaining on our mailing list (i.e. if you do not unsubscribe) you allow us to send you letters. All our marketing is carried out with the support of the Marketing Act and our ambition is always to apply good marketing practice.

You can let us know at any time that you no longer wish to receive offers from us.

We are keen to target marketing and communication to those of you who are interested in the products sold through our network and associated websites and other media channels. You can opt out of all types of direct marketing at any time.
